Asthe successful applicant, you will do the following:
Assess,plan, implement and evaluate care for patients
You willuse supportive, therapeutic, palliative and rehabilitative approaches to helppatients achieve their optimal level of health
Provide careand support to patients and families




Work collaboratively with our interprofessionalteam to deliver safe, coordinated, and high-quality patient care
WhatYou’ll Bring Required Registration with the College of Nurses as an RPN
Preferred Coronary Care 1 certification
One yearof appliable nursing experience
