Join Gerdau as a Production Labourer (Utility Person) in the finishing area of our Rolling Mill. Prepare quality steel bars while ensuring safety and efficiency in a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will work collaboratively within a team while being responsible for handling, sorting, and inspecting finished steel products. You'll assist Machine Operators in set-up tasks, maintain equipment cleanliness, and operate essential machinery like overhead cranes and forklifts. Your ability to communicate clearly and follow safety protocols will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle, sort, stack, and bundle products
• Inspect finished bar products during processing
• Tag and inventory products using automated systems
• Assist with equipment set-up and troubleshooting
• Clean machines and work areas

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform in a physically demanding workplace
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and judgement
• Must work 12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights
