CarePartners in Waterloo, Ontario, seeks a Team Coordinator to ensure effective customer service and seamless coordination of PSWs, nurses and therapists. The role focuses on scheduling, communication with patients and families, and administrative tasks to support service delivery.
The position is a temporary full time 18-month contract with defined shifts including days, afternoons, and evenings. A supportive team environment and comprehensive onboarding are provided.
