This role supports the Acute Home Treatment Service team, providing clinical education in alignment with BCCNM standards. As a Clinical Educator, you will utilize your expertise in nursing theory and adult education principles to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Your efforts will foster continuous quality improvement and address the learning needs of healthcare professionals in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and present educational programs for nursing staff
• Consult with interdisciplinary team members to enhance care




• Collaborate with Clinical Nurse Specialists and Program Managers
• Conduct assessments on learning needs of groups and individuals
• Participate in strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Valid BCCNM Registered Nurse registration
• Three years of community health nursing experience
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and community health
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• Solid communication skills and ability to lead
