Our products are B2B enterprise, multi-tenant, cloud-hosted SaaS platforms used by organizations of all sizes across North America, Europe, Australia, and worldwide. Depending on business needs, you may work on one or more of our products.

We are looking for an Account Executive to turn inbound leads (demo requests, quote requests, phone calls, emails, and referrals) and qualified pipeline into new business. You will own deals from first conversation to signed contract, working alongside our Solutions Consultants, who lead technical demos, and our Business Development Representatives, who generate outbound pipeline. After the first sale, you will grow your accounts through upgrades, expansion, renewals, and referrals.

Working Hours

Fully remote, work-from-home contract position. You must work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time on weekdays , which matches our customer demo hours (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Pacific Time).

Responsibilities

Respond quickly to inbound demo requests, quote requests, phone calls, emails, and referrals
Run discovery to understand each prospect's requirements, stakeholders, budget, and timeline
Coordinate demos with Solutions Consultants and lead the commercial conversation
Prepare quotes and proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business
Work multi-stakeholder deals involving business, IT, security,



and procurement teams
Grow existing accounts through upgrades, expansion, renewals, and referrals
Keep the CRM accurate and forecast your pipeline reliably
Share market and customer feedback with marketing and product

Requirements

3+ years of closing experience as an Account Executive selling B2B SaaS or business software
Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota, with numbers you can share
Experience selling to organizations in North America, Europe, Australia, or other international markets
Experience managing deals with multiple stakeholders, including IT and security reviews
Excellent spoken and written English, and confident presenting over Zoom
Disciplined CRM user and organized pipeline manager
Strong references from previous sales managers

Key

This is a B2B software sales role. Experience selling consumer products or services (for example automotive, retail, real estate, insurance, mortgages, or telecom plans) does not qualify.

Compensation

Base: CAD $70,000 - $90,000 per year plus commission. On-target earnings (OTE): CAD $130,000 - $170,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
