Join Foundry as a Youth Mental Health Counsellor in a hybrid role supporting youth in Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia. Deliver counselling services and interventions for youth facing mental health and substance use challenges.

This Temporary Full Time position at Foundry focuses on providing mental health services to youth and families using both in-person and virtual approaches. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in a relevant health discipline, as well as two years of recent experience working with youth. You'll assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and integrate evidence-based practices within a cooperative interprofessional team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop care plans
• Provide online individual, group, and family interventions




• Collaborate with community service providers for education and training
• Participate in quality improvement activities and case conferences
• Offer follow-up support and consultation to clients and families

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in relevant health discipline
• Two years of experience with youth mental health
• Eligible for registration with a professional body
• Valid driver’s license required
• Experience in rural or remote settings preferred
