RONA is seeking a Merchandising Service Manager to oversee store execution of merchandising programs and projects. You will supervise Merchandising Service Associates, ensure resets follow planograms, and coordinate with field and store teams to maintain a secure, clean, and appealing shopping environment.
You will lead onboarding and training, manage performance, and drive efficiency in resets, signage, and stock placement across assigned stores. Weekend availability is required.
