Key Responsibilities:
• Execute finance planning and performance management processes
• Maintain data integrity and conduct financial checks




• Analyze variances and support budgeting decisions
• Collaborate with plant leadership on financial targets
• Prepare management reports and performance reviews

Requirements:
• CPA designation preferred
• 3-4 years’ finance experience, preferably in manufacturing
• SAP and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
