About 80% of this job is hands-on repair work you do yourself. The other 20% is coordinating licensed trades when a job needs one, then making sure their work is done right before the ticket closes.The Handyman reports directly to the Operations Manager and works closely with subcontractors/trades, on-site client contacts, and the broader Maintain It team.What you'll doPatch and finish drywall to match existing texture and paintRepair and replace tile, flooring sections, and ceiling tilesRemove and replace failed caulking around fixtures, counters, washrooms, kitchens, windows, and exterior jointsRepair small areas of concrete: cracks, chips, spalling, and trip hazards on sidewalks, curbs, and padsAdjust and replace door closers, hinges, and hardware; repair washroom stalls,partitions, FRP panels, and dumpster enclosure gatesHandle minor plumbing and electrical fixesAssess issues on arrival and decide whether to fix directly or bring in a tradeSchedule, supervise, and verify licensed trade work (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)Communicate clearly with in office client contacts about what was done and what's nextDocument every job with reports and photosTrack your tools,

Work is regularly scheduled outside of client operatinghours to minimize disruption to restaurant operations, and will include weekend work,overnight work, and late hours.
