ABB is looking for a recent graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering to join as a Trainee. You will support the Engineering team by developing technical documentation, assisting in project management, and contributing to tender preparation. Your expertise will grow through active participation in various engineering activities and structured learning to understand our electrification service portfolio better.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and review technical documentation and project specifications
• Assist with bid packages, scope reviews, and cost estimates
• Support project scheduling and risk identification
• Collaborate with Marketing & Sales teams during project phases
• Participate in technical reviews and learning activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (2025-2027)
• Understanding of electrical systems and power distribution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills for diverse audiences
• Familiarity with engineering tools like AutoCAD or SOLIDWORKS
