This role demands strong skills in accounts payable management, financial reporting, and month-end activities. You will work closely with the Finance Director and ensure the integrity of financial documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end accounts payable for the facility
• Process vendor invoices, ensuring proper approvals
• Prepare timely payment runs and bank reconciliations
• Maintain vendor master data and respond to inquiries
• Support month-end close activities and audits
Requirements:
• 3+ years accounts payable experience
• Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365
• Experience with Concur expense management preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
