We are looking for an experienced supervisor to join our existing yard team with fixed-term responsibilities until 25/03/2027. You will provide high-quality care, oversee commercial activities, and assist students on weekends. Your leadership and enthusiasm will be essential in maintaining our standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality daily care to liveries
• Assist in running commercial activities and events
• Support students performing weekend duties
• Lead the yard team by example
• Maintain a positive working setting

Requirements:
• Level 3 equestrian supervision qualification
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Ability to work every other weekend from 8-6
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Enthusiastic and level-headed approach
