Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with nurse lactation consultants
• Manage shipments of donor human milk
• Document daily temperatures for storage
• Disinfect work surfaces and equipment
• Prepare the pasteurization room for milk pooling

Requirements:
• Food and Nutrition Degree/Diploma required
• 2 years Diet Technician experience preferred
• Food Safety Training Certificate is mandatory
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
