Our vision is clear: to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable service powered by cutting-edge technology.A Strategic Role at the Heart of LogisticResponsibilitiesEfficiently plan delivery driver routes using route planning and optimization software.Ensure routes meet defined criteria and make adjustments when necessary.Communicate promptly with the Team Lead regarding technical issues or any situation that could cause delays in route optimization.Monitor truck departures according to station schedules and report any delays or issues to the Team Lead.Ensure data accuracy before, during, and after processing, in accordance with established protocols.Perform data cleaning and geolocation of addresses flagged as errors, following established procedures.Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to department improvements by identifying challenges and optimization issues.Collaborate with team members and provide support when required.Perform any other related duties or responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.QualificationsUp to 2 years in Route Management, Creation, Optimization or any related field.Bilingualism (French and English) is required due to interactions with teams and partners across Canada.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.Ability to work under pressure,
