So what’s this role all about?
As a Department Leader (Team Leader Trainee) at PrincessAuto you will help create a fun, safe and unique shopping experience for ourcustomers. We call it Royal Service. You will typically spend your day leadingTeam Members in your department to complete store plans and tasks. You willrespond to Team Member and customer inquiries with category-specific productknowledge, support on-the-job training and development of Team Members,maintain a safe and respectful work workplace, and manage loss preventionprocesses.
