and year-end close activitiesHelp prepare financial statements and reporting packagesTrack and reconcile inventory and equipment financing recordsAssist with audits and compliance reportingProvide backup support to AP, AR, and payroll as neededContribute to process improvements and special projectsMaintain compliance with GAAP and company policiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field3+ years of accounting experienceProficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUPERP or accounting system experience preferredCPA designation, or progress toward it, is an assetStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesThis posting is for an open vacancy currently available within our client's organization.
