Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner for the Remote Patient Monitoring program to support perioperative patients in Northwestern Ontario.
The NP will provide autonomous, comprehensive care, coordinate resources, and liaise with families and inter-qualified teams to ensure patient- and family-centred care throughout the surgical journey.
