About the role: You’ll be the go-to person for a group of established clients, getting to know their organizations and finding new ways our products can help them. When your clients think of branded merchandise, we want them to think of you.
The promotional products world is a lot of fun, but it also means keeping plenty of details straight and meeting firm deadlines.
What you’ll do: Maintain and grow client relationships – be the main point of contact for your accounts and find new ways to meet their needs.
Guide clients through every order – advise on product selection, pricing, decoration methods, and logo details, and answer any questions along the way.
Prepare quotes and presentations – put together explicit, accurate quotes, product suggestions, and samples for clients.
Work closely with our order processing team – hand off accurate order details and follow through so every order arrives correct and on time.
Keep records current – track client contacts, opportunities, and orders in our CRM software.
Help with client pickups and deliveries – meet clients in-store or on-site as needed.
What we’re looking for: Experience in sales, account management, or customer service – with a track record of building strong, long-term relationships and genuinely helping clients succeed.
Self-motivated and driven – you take initiative, set your own goals, and don’t need to be micro-managed.




Excellent communication skills – clear, professional, and friendly communication in English, in person, by phone, and in writing.
Organized and detail-oriented – ability to manage multiple clients, orders, and deadlines at once without letting anything slip.
Strong computer skills – proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM software.
Problem-solving ability – comfortable thinking on your feet and resolving issues quickly.
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and a reliable vehicle – you will be delivering and picking up products.
Physical ability – to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
Nice to have: Experience in the promotional products, apparel, or print industry.
Familiarity with artwork, logo files, and decoration methods (screen printing, embroidery, etc.).
Ability to use Adobe Illustrator.
An existing network of contacts in the Steinbach and southeastern Manitoba area.
