Your contributions will support ongoing improvement initiatives and best practices across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in conducting process analyses for improvement opportunities
• Work on workflow optimization projects using lean methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
• Collect and analyze data to measure effectiveness of changes
• Support documentation of standard operating procedures
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Solid analytical skills to identify inefficiencies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is a plus
