Key Responsibilities

Source, interview, and assess candidates to identify those who align with our values and needs

Conduct reference checks and extend offers to successful candidates

Lead new hire orientation and ensure a seamless onboarding process





Perform exit interviews and manage changes in employee status

Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies

Utilize your experience and creativity to improve our recruiting practices and outreach

Must-Have Qualifications

5+ yrs of experience in recruitment

Knowledge of interview techniques, reference checks, and onboarding processes

Robust judgment and ability to plan and accomplish goals independently

Effective communication and relationship-building skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

Bachelor’s degree (or relevant experience) in a related field

Experience leading or directing recruiting teams or projects
