With five years of progressive experience in a unionized healthcare setting, you'll engage in workplace investigations, progressive discipline, and collective bargaining processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support grievance administration and workplace investigations
• Advise on application of collective agreements
• Collaborate with union partners for constructive relations




• Prepare for collective bargaining sessions
• Provide labour relations advice to HR and management

Requirements:
• University Degree in HR or related field
• Certified Human Resources Leader or eligible
• Five years' labour relations experience in healthcare
• Knowledge of HR legislation and grievance principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
