Key Responsibilities:
• Perform patient assessments and monitor overall health
• Assist patients with daily living activities
• Document changes in patients’ conditions accurately




• Rely on nursing knowledge and the Three Factor Framework
• Engage with families to provide relevant information

Requirements:
• RPN Diploma or equivalent, required
• Minimum one year recent medical experience
• College of Nurses of Ontario Certificate in good standing
• Current CPR certification and medication administration training
• I.V. trained or willing to obtain within 6 months
