The Grey Barn seeks a dedicated Turf Treatment and Fertilization Lead in Northwest Arkansas. This full time role involves hands-on applications, diagnosing turf issues, and developing treatment programs.

In this critical position, you will utilize your expertise in turf treatments and fertilization to enhance commercial landscapes. Your responsibilities include performing applications, calibrating equipment, and training crew leaders on weed and turf identification. You will ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain documentation for all treatments while directly impacting customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform turf and weed control treatments and applications
• Calibrate and operate application equipment accurately




• Develop annual treatment programs for commercial properties
• Diagnose turf issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Train field employees in chemical safety and application practices

Requirements:
• Arkansas Commercial Applicator license required
• 5+ years of turf treatment and application experience
• Strong knowledge of turf and weed identification
• Ability to calculate and estimate treatment areas
• Valid driver’s license and strong PPE practices
