The Senior Financial Accountant will report to the Financial Controller, managing financial planning, forecasting, and project financial oversight for Flourish. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial planning, reporting, and budgeting processes
• Develop effective financial policies and procedures
• Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making
• Support project financial management and forecasting

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Extensive experience in construction finance and project costing
• Knowledge of Yardi or similar accounting systems is a plus
