Key Responsibilities:
• Advise the Chief Human Resources Officer on negotiations and labour relations
• Serve as lead spokesperson during contract negotiations




• Develop negotiation strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Draft and edit collective bargaining proposals and agreements
• Monitor workload and goals for collective bargaining activities

Requirements:
• Degree in Labour Relations or related field
• Ten years of experience in human resources, including five in a lead role
• Robust communication and conflict resolution skills
• Proven expertise in costing collective agreements
• Knowledge of federal and provincial labour laws
