Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue purchase orders in SAP
• Process non-stock item requisitions and VMI orders
• Monitor and resolve SAP COGI errors




• Track open purchase orders and liaise with teams
• Maintain supplier non-conformance reports

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related field preferred
• 1-2 years of purchasing or administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively
