Drive Products is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to enhance workplace safety at our Mississauga office. Lead initiatives, develop programs, and ensure compliance within a proactive safety culture.

The Health & Safety Specialist will be pivotal in promoting protected operations and compliance across all levels. This role involves developing policies, conducting inspections, and guiding managers through safety processes. You will investigate incidents, maintain records, and facilitate training—all vital for a robust safety culture in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all aspects of Health & Safety programming
• Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures
• Support inspections and risk analyses at branches




• Investigate workplace injuries and submit reports
• Manage workers’ compensation claims and training sessions

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
• Experience with investigations and risk assessments
• Skills in communication and multitasking
