IAM L3 Engineering Services Expert – Identity & Access Management

Job Summary:

As an IAM L3 Engineering Services Expert, the candidate will provide senior engineering ownership across the client's broad IAM service portfolio (approx. 17,200 tickets annually). The role resolves complex platform issues, onboards applications, drives automation to reduce ticket volumes and ensures the stability and audit readiness of IAM, PAM, directory and secrets platforms.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Monitor IAM alerts and incident queues and own complex escalations.
- Create and manage ServiceNow requests and incidents; perform change, problem, incident and root-cause management.
- Troubleshoot using knowledge articles and own the maintenance of those articles.
- Support upgrades, vendor management, users, disaster recovery and patching.
- Onboard applications to CyberArk and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Automate repeat work to reduce service tickets; evaluate new components and implement integrations.
- Support DPS, IVP, SPPR, ESSO, Keeper, encryption, Kairos, Active Directory, Okta, certificates, RSA, SSH and Centrify.
- Support access reviews, PAM accounts, audits, vulnerability management and monthly reporting.
- Support Helix Gauntlet, StrongDM, AWS Secrets Manager, AWS Active Directory and AWS KMS.
- Mentor L2 engineers and contribute to runbook automation and AI-enabled efficiency initiatives.

Key Skills:

- At least 7+ years of experience in IT with 5+ years in IAM/PAM engineering in production environments.
- Deep hands-on expertise in CyberArk PAM and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong experience with Active Directory, Okta, Centrify, RSA, PKI/certificate and SSH key management.




- Experience with secrets and key management (AWS Secrets Manager, AWS KMS, Keeper, StrongDM).
- Experience with AWS IAM / AWS Managed AD; Azure Entra ID is a plus.
- Strong scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Python, REST APIs).
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITIL processes.
- Understanding of audit and regulatory controls in financial services.
- Ability to lead complex RCA and vendor escalations.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- High level of initiative and ownership mentality.

Education & Certifications:

- B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech / MCA OR Any PG (Computer Science, IT, Information Security or related discipline).
- Technical Certifications are desired and a plus, such as: CyberArk Sentry / Guardian, SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer, Okta Certified Professional/Administrator, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, CISSP.
