About the RoleWe are hiring outgoing and motivated Field Lead Generation Representatives to support our attic insulation sales team. This role is focused on generating qualified homeowner leads through face-to-face outreach in residential neighborhoods.You are the first point of contact—sparking interest, educating homeowners on energy savings, and booking high-quality appointments for our in-home sales consultants.This is an ideal prospect for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working outdoors, and earning performance-based income without the pressure of closing full sales.This is a full-time independent contractor position.
