Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong Python development skills, React experience, and exposure to Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will build scalable applications, leverage AI-powered coding assistants to improve development productivity, and contribute to high-quality software delivery within an Agile setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement scalable applications using Python and React.
- Leverage Generative AI coding assistants, including GitHub Copilot and agent-based capabilities, to improve development efficiency and code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, provide project updates, and adapt to changing business and regulatory requirements.
- Learn and apply internal frameworks, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Develop comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerization, observability, and other DevOps practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and continuously improve application performance.

Required Skills and Experience
- Python Development: 7+ years of overall software development experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on Python development.
- Full Stack Development:



Strong experience building backend services and web applications, with proficiency in React or similar frontend frameworks.
- GenAI Coding Assistants: Practical experience using tools such as GitHub Copilot, including agent mode and advanced coding assistant capabilities.
- Databases: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Software Development Lifecycle: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and application observability tools.
- Testing: Ability to write comprehensive unit tests covering core business logic, preferably leveraging AI coding assistants.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to design efficient and maintainable solutions.
- Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills in a team-oriented development environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience developing GenAI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of agentic AI implementations, tool integration, and techniques for providing relevant data and context to LLMs.
- Frontend development experience with React and/or Angular.
- Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
- Advanced database skills, including PL/SQL and query optimization.
- Experience developing web, batch-processing, and streaming applications.
- Experience working with distributed teams in an Agile Scrum environment.
