This vital role at Covenant House involves developing and overseeing case management services tailored for youth facing homelessness, trafficking, or crisis. As a leader within the Case Management Team, you will engage in relationship building, comprehensive assessments, and service plan interventions to empower youth in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide intensive, trauma-informed case management services
• Deliver high-quality counselling and support interventions
• Foster collaborative, accountable teamwork grounded in best practices




• Develop strong therapeutic relationships promoting youth resilience
• Assess youth needs, goals, and preferences to create tailored case plans

Requirements:
• BSW or MSW degree and 5 years of related experience
• Experience working with street-involved youth
• Registration with the College of Social Workers
• Expertise in crisis intervention and case management
• Strong commitment to trauma-informed, culturally sensitive practices
