In this position, you will have the opportunity to : Supervise, organize, and control production activities in order to achieve performance objectives
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance and optimization of automated industrial equipment
Work closely with the maintenance team to monitor interventions




Effectively manage the plant's human and material resources
Ensure compliance with production and finishing priorities.
Actively participate in continuous improvement and maintenance projects
Promote and ensure health and safety in the workplace by acting as an ambassador for best practices
Supervise, train, and motivate team members
