Role Overview We're looking for a motivated Licensed Mortgage Associate to join our expanding team in Calgary, Alberta.
Key Responsibilities Help clients select suitable mortgage products
Prepare and submit mortgage applications
Negotiate loan terms with lenders
Conduct financial analysis and verify loan details
Build and maintain strong client and lender relationships




Qualifications Experience in mortgage origination, financial analysis, or loan processing
Knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and lending guidelines
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient with mortgage and financial software
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
Licensed Mortgage Associate with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA)
Experience in financial services or real estate is an asset
