Our client, a well-established leader in the construction industry, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Lead to join their team in the Newmarket area.

We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You'll need strong communication skills, particularly when following up on outstanding payments and dealing with vendors professionally and respectfully.

Key Responsibilities
Process, match and organize invoices,



purchase orders and packing slips.
Enter invoices and coordinate approvals with Project Managers.
Respond to vendor inquiries and follow up on outstanding payments.
Prepare cash requirement reports, cheque runs and payment documentation.
Reconcile accounts, including quarterly and year-end vendor reconciliations.
Maintain outstanding invoice records, batch lists and finance charge logs.
Provide occasional reception coverage and general accounting support.
Assist with additional accounting and administrative responsibilities as needed.
