We are looking for heavy equipment operators who have experience running Excavators, Rock Truck, Packer, Grader, and Dozers. We are looking for accuracy, diligence, and a solid dedication to safety are necessary for this positionKey ResponsibilitiesOperate dozers safely and efficiently to perform rough and fine grading, excavation, stripping, backfilling, and site preparation.Read and interpret grade stakes, plans, and site instructions to achieve required elevations, slopes, and grades.Perform daily equipment inspections, basic maintenance, and housekeeping to ensure the dozer remains safe and operational.Grading, leveling, and pushing materials to generate and maintain desired curves and slopes.Experience of 2-3 or more years of running a dozer.Strong understanding of dozer operation, grading techniques, and safety procedures.Work closely withForemen, Superintendents, survey crews, and other operators to coordinate production and maintain project schedules.Follow allcompany safety policies, procedures,
