Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and test life safety systems including fire alarms • Perform routine maintenance in public areas and building systems • Fabricate parts for timely maintenance solutions • Respond to maintenance requests promptly • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements: • Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience • Mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills required • Ability to secure a Gaming License • Availability for non-traditional working hours • Capacity to lift and work in various environments
