About the Opportunit y

This is more than a sales position

.

We’re looking for someone who can help grow Healing Corazones by connecting with prospective clients, generating leads, converting inquiries into booked sessions, supporting social media growth, and using AI tools to improve efficiency

.

You’ll work directly with the founder, learn about our methods, services, and programs, and contribute to building a growing wellness company

.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on entrepreneurial experience, develop their sales and marketing skills, or grow into a long-term leadership role

.

Key Responsibilitie s

Sales & Client Acquisition (Top Priority

)

Generate, qualify, follow up with, and convert leads into paying clients

. Conduct consultative sales conversations through Instagram, email, messaging, and calls

. Confidently explain our services,



programs, and memberships after receiving training

. Handle objections professionally and close sales ethically

. Maintain organized lead tracking and follow-up systems

. Work toward agreed-upon sales and revenue targets

.

Social Media & Digital Marketin g

Help manage and grow our Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels

. Support content scheduling, engagement, outreach, and lead generation

. Turn social media engagement into meaningful conversations and bookings

. Identify opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, and audience growth

.

AI, Automation & Business Growt h

Use AI tools to streamline marketing, sales, and administrative workflows

. Help optimize existing systems, including ManyChat, Stan Store, and CRM tools

. Identify opportunities to improve lead nurturing, follow-ups, and client conversions

. Track sales and marketing performance and recommend improvements

.

Who We’re Looking Fo r

Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales closing skills

. Experience in sales, client acquisition, digital marketing, or business development

. Comfortable using social media for lead generation and client engagement

. Familiarity with AI tools, automation, and CRM systems, or a strong willingness to learn

. Genuine interest in emotional wellness,



personal development, and holistic health

. Self-motivated, organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently

. Coachable, proactive, creative, and eager to grow

. Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based workplace

Experience with the Emotion Code® is not required. Training and education about our services will be provided

Compensation & Growt h

This is an opportunity to grow alongside an emerging wellness business

.

First 3 months: Commission-based compensation on eligible sales

. After 3 months: Opportunity to transition to base salary plus commission, subject to performance, business revenue, and a mutually agreed compensation arrangement
