Our client, a fast-paced warehouse and logistics operation, is seeking a Forklift Operator / Material handler to join their team. As a Forklift Operator / Material handler, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting daily material flow, order accuracy, and safe equipment operation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong focus on safety, dependable work habits, and the drive to keep operations moving with speed and precision.

Job Title: Forklift Operator / Material handler

Location: Brampton, ON

Pay Range: $22.25 / hr

Shift: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (Mon-Fri)

What's the Job?

- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to support daily picking and staging.
- Use RF scanning to accurately pick, label, and move inventory through the warehouse.
- Load and unload orders, including loading/unloading trucks, containers, and trailers.
- Perform palettizing and wrapping skids, then complete put-aways and sorting as required.
- Support shipping readiness by sorting, labeling, and completing other assigned warehouse tasks.

What's Needed?
- Ability to operate forklifts safely, including counterbalance, reach, order picker, and walkie equipment.
- Comfort using RF scanners and following warehouse processes and shipping documentation.
- Experience or readiness to perform material handling tasks such as moving raw materials, finished goods, and inventory.
- Solid attention to accuracy for picking, packing, staging, and inventory counts.
- Commitment to safety: inspect equipment daily, follow health and safety regulations, and use required PPE.
