From problem framing through delivery and iteration, embedded in a product triad with a PM and Engineering Lead. This is a high-autonomy role for designers who operate independently, think in systems, and are already building with AI – not just aware of it.We're hiring across two closely connected problem spaces: Inspections and Data. Placement will be based on your strengths and business needs.___________________________________Problem Spaces You May Work InDepending on product priorities and your strengths, you may work in one or more of the following areas:Inspections & Property OperationsDesigning mobile and web workflows that help property teams plan, complete, and act on inspections across large multifamily portfolios. This includes efficient field data capture, photos, findings, follow-up work, quality assurance, and coordination across roles and properties.Data, Reporting & InsightsDesigning dashboards, reports, analytics, and data exploration experiences that help operators understand performance, identify risks and opportunities, and make confident decisions. This includes turning complex property and portfolio data into clear, actionable insights.These products are information-dense, highly interconnected, and used by multiple roles across an organization—from people working in the field to portfolio leaders. Increasingly, they also incorporate AI-powered interfaces that allow users to proactively query their data, surface insights, and receive recommendations through agentic, conversational, and voice-enabled interactions.
