Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit Christmas Kettle Workers and assist with orientation
• Coordinate schedules for kettle staff and volunteers
• Handle phone calls and emails for volunteer management




• Maintain relationships with kettle sites for operational support
• Process donation receipts for campaign accuracy
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-year college diploma or equivalent
• Two years' experience in fundraising or volunteer management
• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License and vehicle
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis
• Robust interpersonal skills and integrity
