Job Description: Under the direction of the Community Care Manager, the Home Care Nurse provides qualified nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, rehabilitative, and emotional needs of the client in accordance with policy. The Home Care Nurse is in charge of nursing assessment and delivery for clients.

Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
Other Information
- Spiritwood is located approximately 126 km west of Prince Albert
- Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK - CRPNS
