Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled 310T mechanic to join our dynamic team! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery. As a 310T mechanic, you will perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics to keep our fleet operating at peak performance. Your mechanical expertise and proactive approach will drive safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Duties

- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and industrial machinery
- Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and electrical testing tools
- Repair and overhaul engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electrical components
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and industrial assembly techniques for repairs
- Perform heavy lifting and mechanical assembly tasks safely and efficiently




- Maintain detailed service records and follow safety protocols during all repair activities
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical systems and ensuring compliance with safety standards

Experience

- Proven mechanic experience with heavy equipment or automotive repair preferred
- Dealership experience or background working with Caterpillar or similar brands highly desirable
- Knowledge of schematics, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and power tools is essential
- Hands-on experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators or cranes is a plus
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately
- Experience with welding, HVAC systems, farm machinery maintenance, and industrial equipment is advantageous
