Job Title: 310T Mechanic

Pay: Hourly - Paid weekly

Reporting to: Fleet Manager

Snow T.O. is a snow clearing and asphalt haulage company dedicated to road rebuilding and resurfacing in the summer and secure, timely and efficient snow clearing services in the winter. We do our best to ensure that no matter the season you can get where you need to be.

We require 310T Mechanics, who will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of heavy-duty vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet safety and compliance standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Conduct repairs and replacements on diesel engines, identifying faults and issues
- Adjusting, overhauling, repairing and reassembling engines, transmissions, clutches, rear end differentials, brakes, drive shafts, axles and other assemblies
- Perform thorough inspections and diagnostics on engines and equipment
- Carry out routine and preventive maintenance, such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and filter replacements among others




- Keep detailed records of all inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Participate in all training and skills upgrading that is required to effectively and safely perform duties
- Represent the maintenance department and interface harmoniously with all other functional areas of the operation
- Focus on continuous improvement and cost reduction
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 310T Truck and Coach Technician certification is required
- 5-10 years related experience.
- Working knowledge and experience in diesel engine mechanics, specifically with trucks
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
