We are looking for an Account Manager for our landscape maintenance accounts in San Jose, CA. You'll be the primary contact for your clients, building long‐term relationships and focusing on customer service to ensure clients receive everything they need, including proposals for extra work, from which you will receive commissions. Develop and maintain long‐term relationships with clients.

Perform site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met. Proactively present site enhancement ideas to clients. Minimum 3 years of landscape industry experience. bilingual preferred but not required.

Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the landscape or service industry. Minimum 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry, or the local marketplace. Knowledge and skill in Microsoft Word and related computer skills.
