The Sales u0026 Marketing Training Program provides broad exposure to the Surface Business Line, field operations, and customer engagement through a structured rotational schedule based in Clairmont, Alberta. This program is designed for individuals with hands-on technical experience who are eager to transition into field-based and customer-facing roles while developing solid technical and commercial expertise. The trainee will participate in a three-year fixed-step rotational training program that delivers progressive exposure, practical experience, and professional development.

Rotations include assignments in the shop, field operations, operations support, and formal classroom training.
