The Accounting Administrator plays a crucial role in managing a company's financial operations. As the Accounting Administrator, you will serve on the Finance team managing financial records, managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable process, reconciliations, and preparing financial statements. Manage accounts payable and receivables, process invoices, and manage payments.

Manage purchase order matching, receiving and reconciliation Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy Assist with tax filings Provide support throughout audits Monitor and manage cash flow and expenditures Collaborate with procurement, sales and finance teams to resolve invoice and purchase order issues Minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent job-related experience is required. ~4+ years of proven work experience in accounting or similar role ~ Proficiency with accounting software, MS Excel and financial modeling ~ Excellent employee customer service skills including being proactive and responsive with diligent task follow through skills.
