As an Accounting Technician, you will play a key role in the operational accounting activities of Dealer Services, with a strong focus on banking follow-ups and account reconciliations. Performing banking and cash management follow-ups, including bank reconciliations, investigation of discrepancies, monitoring outstanding items, and resolving issues in a timely manner

- Preparing and owning account reconciliations (bank and other operational accounts), documenting analyses, and maintaining explicit audit trails
- Recording various transactions in Oracle ERP, including journal entries as required for month-end activities, adjustments, and reclassifications
- Executing established internal controls,



identifying anomalies, and promptly escalating situations requiring more in-depth analysis
- Preparing supporting documentation, responding to inquiries, and producing required reconciliations for external audits, regulatory requests, and internal requests. Has 3 years of experience in operational accounting
- Holds a college diploma in Accounting or Administration
