Prime Lift Limited & Prime Dock & Door

Prime Lift Limited and Prime Dock & Door are seeking an experienced Accounting & Payroll Coordinator to support the day-to-day accounting functions of both companies.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of full-cycle accounting responsibilities and working across two growing, service-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable

Customer invoicing, cash application and collections

Vendor invoice processing and payment runs

Payroll processing and payroll remittances

HST/GST and other government filings

Bank and credit card reconciliations

General ledger reconciliations and month-end support

Intercompany transactions and reconciliations

Maintaining accurate accounting records in NetSuite

Preparing recurring and ad hoc management reports

Assisting with year-end accounting and external accountant requests

Supporting improvements to accounting processes and internal controls

What We're Looking For 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

Strong full-cycle AP and AR experience





Payroll processing experience

Experience with HST/GST filings and government remittances

Strong understanding of reconciliations and general ledger accounting

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Excellent organization and attention to detail

Ability to manage recurring deadlines independently

Professional communication skills and sound judgment when handling confidential information

NetSuite Experience Is Strongly Preferred. Experience in a service, construction, trades, equipment, automotive, distribution or similar operating business would be an asset.

About The Role You will work closely with management and operations across both Prime Lift Limited and Prime Dock & Door. This is a broad accounting position with exposure to the full accounting cycle and an opportunity to contribute to reporting, systems and process improvements as the businesses continue to grow.
