Accounts Payable Clerk (Philippines-based)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk based in the Philippines. This role requires familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Finance and Operations and a strong ability to manage daily AP transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and record vendor invoices and expense reports in Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Finance/Operations
- Verify accuracy of billing data and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and maintain accurate records
- Assist with weekly and monthly AP reporting and reconciliations
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues




- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts payable records
- Support the finance team in audits and compliance checks

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance role
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance/Operations (ERP)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Excel and other Office applications
- Positive communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have:
- Experience in handling US clients
- Familiarity with international or US invoice process
