Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health concerns and treatment goals
- Develop personalized acupuncture treatment plans based on individual needs and medical history
- Administer acupuncture sessions using sterile, high-quality needles with precision and care
- Educate patients on the advantages of acupuncture and provide guidance on post-treatment care
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and medical records
- Uphold strict hygiene standards and adhere to all safety protocols during procedures
Experience
- Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is highly preferred, but not necessary
- Solid background in patient care with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to integrative health practices
- Certification or licensing as an acupuncturist according to local regulations is required
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple patients efficiently while maintaining compassionate care
